Terms & Conditions

Booking

  • 1. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking via PayPal or Wire Transfer.
  • 2. The remaining 80% will be due by the end of the experience.

Cancellation Policy

  • 1. In case of notice of cancellation 30 days before the charter date, the deposit will be totally refunded.
  • 2. In case of notice of cancellation 15 days before the charter date, the 50% deposit will be retained.
  • 3. In case of notice of cancellation after 15 days preceding the charter date, the deposit will be totally retained.
  • 4. In case of no-show on the charter date, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation made by Fish&Chill

If by any reason Fish&Chill shall give notice of cancellation of the Tour you will be guaranteed by the following options:

  • - Total refund
  • - Re-schedule of the tour in a different date
  • - Voucher to be used within one year

Bad Weather Conditions

In case the sea/weather conditions shall not allow the charter service to be effectuated in safety of passengers, you will be guaranteed by the following options:

  • - Re-schedule of the charter service with different itinerary
  • - Re-schedule of the charter service in alternative date
  • - Voucher to be used within one year
  • - Total refund
